No Russian-US talks over North Korean Atomic test

Moscow: Russian Foreign Ministry claimed that Washington did not answer Lavrov’s proposal to hold telephonic talks about North Korean Atomic test.
“Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov proposed holding a phone conversation with US Secretary of State John Kerry on February 14, but received no response, so the issue was dropped”,  said a Foreign Ministry spokesperson of Russia. It may be mentioned that US media indicated that Kerry wanted to talk with Lavrov on the evening of February 12, right after the release of information on North Korea’s nuclear test, but repeatedly failed to reach him by phone.
