Islamabad: Nanga Perbat Killing of climbers on June 23: Polish climber Aleksandra Dzik says climbers still in worst conditions even in Islamabad. She is the climber who informed whole world about massacre at Nanaga Perbat base camp.

Addressing at Alpine Club Pakistan condolence reference on June 25 for killed climbers who were murdered by Taliban at Nanga Pervat Base camp on June 23,  Aleksandra Dzik (Alexandra Dzik / Александра Джик / Александрой Джик)  said that luggage of climbers are still at base camp and they were evacuated by Pakistan Army with their luggage and she was of the view that most of climbers have no money to live in Pakistan and can not leave Pakistan without their gear  and luggage and Pakistan government is not giving any date when their will get their belongings.

She said climbers have strong fears that they will be attacked by Taliban in Islamabad and they want to reach their home without further delay.

Talking to Dispatch News Desk (DND), she was of the view that it was a disaster for her personality and her mind that his colleagues were killed brutally in a base camp—where only fairies were supposed to come and kiss the faces of climbers.

She informed DND that around 30 to 40 of the foreign climbers are stuck in Islamabad, waiting for their equipment to be returned to them before they can go home. She said the mountaineers were evacuated from base camp by helicopter and allowed to take only one backpack with them because of weight restrictions.
