CSTO, OSCE will reinforce border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan
Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan:  CSTO and OSCE will reinforce border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan as country is in danger and terrorism can spread inside Central Asia.

Afghanistan  has again become threat to the region as Taliban are gaining control of areas in provinces those are adjacent to Central Asian border.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) together will help Tajikistan in the strengthening of the Afghan border, said the CSTO Secretary General, Nikolay Bordyuzha.

“We agreed to work together and collaborate on information security issues, to consider using the resources of the OSCE in the issue of drug trafficking…And we will seriously deal with the issue of assistance to Tajikistan in strengthening the border,” said Bordyuzha at the session of CSTO Permanent Council dedicated to issues of ensuring security in Eurasia with the participation of the OSCE Secretary General, Lamberto Zannier.
